Summertime Smoothie Series: Strawberry Banana
Sometimes keeping it simple is the best thing to do. This one is a tried and true recipe. Easy. Delicious.
Strawberry Banana:
3/4C Strawberries
1 Ripe Banana
1/2 tsp sugar (if the strawberries aren't quite ripe)
8oz Fat Free Milk (or water)
Ice
Next time I may add 4 oz of yogurt or some protein powder to make it just a little thicker.

I like to use frozen fruit so I don't have to add ice.
