To get this series kicked off, i thought I would go ahead and post a recipe today.
I think the following one of my favorite fruit combinations. Very summery and tropical. Calgon take me away...
1/2 C Frozen or Fresh Peaches
1/2 of a large Banana (or a full small one)
1/3 C Pineapple Chunks
1/3 C Fresh or Frozen Mango
4 oz Orange Juice
4oz Water (or fat free milk)
Ice (if you're not using frozen fruit)
Possible additions: 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder, Peeled/Sliced Cucumber, Shredded Carrots, 1/2 C Yogurt
Toss all of the ingredients into the blender and blend for approx 35-45 seconds, longer if needed.
